Iâm new to Planta and overall plant care, but have had this Golden Pothos for about 5 years, it seems be to doing well and has grown a lot. Interested to know whether I should allow the vines to keep growing around the existing plant, or if I should be repotting or doing something different?
Hi all! I have many plants in water, some are propagations and some are in water indefinitely. But among all of them these 2 seem to build up algae. I generally just top them up with water (sometimes with fertiliser) and occasionally Iâll do a full water change and clean the jar. Just wondering if this algae is beneficial or should I keep cleaning it out when it builds up? They both seem to be happy and are pushing out new leaves. Thanks!!

Hey guys recently noticed some yellow on the top mid plants and now this one is turning brown, initially thought she was getting too much sun so I moved her but the brown spot was not there 2 days ago. What can I do to help her?

Hiya! I have a younger fiddle leaf fig that is shooting up and is very healthy, but is just growing straight up, i was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to get it to branch out a bit more? or is it just normal and will happen as it gets older??

POLL! I am heading back to Bountiful Gardens after work today. Should I get a new beautiful pink pin-stripe calathea in a 5 inch pot or 5 adorable mini plants in 1 inch pots. (Pictured: several of the cute little mini plants) I do have several thriving calathea and if I get the minis I would look for some that I donât have already. I suppose âwhy not both?â should be option 3 but Iâm trying to pace myself lol!
Please help me. I went too far with my wisteria, which has been growing on this property for a while before I moved here. I was trying to trim it down and cut off all the shoots and then I looked something up that said, I needed to pick three strong trunks and cut off any growth from there. This is what I am left with đ© I have jagged edges and all. Iâm so sad idk what to do next.
Hello I recently got two caladiums and itâs my first time with this type of plant. I have one of the bathroom since it says high humidity is needed and I have the other one on a plant stand with a humidifier. Since I know nothing about these, is this a good set up? Any tips and tricks? Anyone know how to propagate them?
