DIVA DOWNNN or is she gonna survive???🫦😔💔 I tried everything in terms of watering them (holding it off / giving more) Is this what root rot is or it could be something else - how do I check? Not sure how to treat it as well cuz this girl is fussy hey

So I’m new to propagating and naïvely jumped into TC’s. I actually thought I was bidding on small starter plants. I didn’t understand what a tissue culture was. But they’re here! Two of them say philodendron light leaf, one is a Calandria bubble and a Syngonium pink salmon. I’ve been doing a lot of research but keep getting conflicting information. I ordered Statum and Perlite and we’ll put them in a dome. My question is how long after getting them can I pot them? Some say right away and some say they should be under a grow light for 3 to 7 days. Some say to use liquid fertilizer and some say don’t. Also conflicting info on whether to use self watering cups or not. Any advice would be extremely helpful!
My snake plant produced this different lighter coloured leaf and its babies are also lighter coloured. Is this common with snake plants? Is it still a laurentii? Not sure what the little leaves beside the big ones are going to be either.

Begonia ID - i combined a smaller begonia to a taller one in one pot. I thought they were the same - both labelled as Begonia Maculata. They look different to me. Can anyone help confirm?

I am so proud of myself! My Hoya Rosita (Poe) IS BRANCHING and there are new leaves! 😭 The joke in our house for a long time was that I killed everything that could grow. But so far, I've managed to keep a few houseplants alive the past few months but none seemed to be growing UNTIL TODAY. Maybe the curse is lifted!
