Hi plant friends! I just received the is CALAMONDIN tree and sheâs been acclimating outside for the past couple of days since being shipped to me in Texas from Florida. I want to repot her in a bigger pot so she has room to grow and because spring is pretty much here and now is the time to repot. BUT, in the few days sheâs been with me she already has 3 flowers! and a teeny tiny fruit growing! (plus the flower next to it that already dropped its petals) I added pics for reference. The pot size 5â diameter and sheâs about 2ft tall. Any advice on if i should repot or leave her alone bc sheâs got fruit/flowers? Thanks in advance!!
Welcome home princess!! I picked up with Pink Princess today with a slight discount due to what the woman called âblightingâ this is my DREAM plant and I want to do everything right to keep it thriving. Any tips on pots, soil, lighting is appreciated! So happy to have this plant home!
Hi all! I am brand spankin new to all things plants so I truly have zero idea what Iâm doing but Iâm determined to do my best with my new babies! I got this fiddle from my local farmers market and it came in a pot without drainage holes, no nursery pot inside. Is this typical when buying a fiddle? Everything Iâve read has said drainage is a must for these so I was surprised they didnât have any in it. Does it matter if I just drill holes into this pot or is it better to repot it? Since I donât know when it was last watered and re-potted how long do you typically wait to do both of these when you purchase a new plant? Also, sheâs on my porch which is east facing. I have her in a corner where the light isnât too direct and rotate every so often. Pretty much all fiddles Iâve seen people have inside, but I donât really have a good spot by a window for her in my place. Is this okay? I live in San Diego so itâs really never too hot, humid or dry. Thank you!
What kind of philodendron is this? đ§
