My little âTriangularisâ is going on her usual binge of dropping leaves; I think itâs a seasonal thing. However, Iâve noticed these black spots on the backs of her leaves⊠âčïž! What is it? Sheâs been treated for black spot, so I donât know if itâs the leftover markings of that disease, or if itâs something else. Could it be SCALE? I do have a large ficus in a back bedroom, thatâs not near her, that is consistently treated for scale, but it doesnât look like this at all⊠her spots are small white sticky circles. HELP!⊠TIA!

When do you guys fertilize your plants? I know most plants should be fertilized during their growing season, which is typically spring and summer. However if you are seeing new growth on your plant during the winter is a good idea to fertilize now ? Thanks!
HAPPY DAISY DAY! This day has been around since the early 20th century and is dedicated to celebrating one of nature's most beautiful flowers. Daisies have long symbolized innocence, purity, love and joy throughout history. Daisies are native to Northern Europe but can be found in North America, Australia, Africa, South America and even Iceland and Greenland. The word daisy comes from the Old English language, âdayâs eyeâ because its petals blossom at dawn and shut at dusk. What are your thoughts about them?

Hi all, I received a Winter Pine as a gift about 10 months ago. When I first got it, it was lush, with vibrant green leaves, and a bit smaller in size. The care instructions said it needed direct sunlight, so Iâve been keeping it in a spot where it gets plenty of sun. However, about 7 months ago, the leaves started turning brown. Iâve been watering it whenever the soil dries out, but the leaves have stayed brown since then. I checked the branches by bending them, and they still have some flexibility, so Iâm not sure if itâs completely dead or if thereâs still a chance to save it. A friend of mine, who has a lot of experience with plants, thinks it might be dead, but Iâm really hoping thereâs a way to revive it. Iâm not sure what to do and would appreciate any advice or guidance you can offer. Thank you!
So I picked up this monstera adansonii and I was just wondering if this pot was big enough for her or if I should size her up?
Please can you help me. My Areca has been watered as suggested in the app and I've used a moisture meter to check I have watered enough but the leaves seem to be still going brown at the ends . What am I doing wrong ?
Looking for care recommendations for my sonâs grapefruit plant. He planted a seed from a store bought grapefruit about two years ago and it had miraculously stayed alive. But itâs hardly grown at all and it doesnât look very happy. What do we need to do to help it thrive (we live in NYC with only one window that gets much sunlight, for context. We do have a small outdoor space, but anytime Iâve put something living out there itâs destroyed by squirrels almost immediately.)
