Happy happy from this very very very old Thanksgiving cactus! (At least 50 years! okay thatâs not old for humans but old for plants!)đ„ł and lucky me, a piece fell off and we propagated it and itâs ready for me to take home!

I got this guy at a yard sale (free) and it needed tlc. It's doing much better now with lots of new growth but some of the old leaves don't look that good. Would you cut them off? I took a picture of the old leaves and one with new. And if you know what type of plant this is that would be great too. Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving everyone

How do you handle big plants planters? I usually keep mine plants in nursery pots and place them inside decorative pots. I find it much easier to water that way because of the better drainage and then if I have to move a plant somewhere because I bought another anther having the option to switch pots can be super helpful. But this palm is a bit heavy for me and getting her in and out of the decorative pot is a chore. E bc en if I plant it in the decorative pot with a saucer underneath, Iâll have to remove the water from the saucer so still need to be able to pick her up

Is there a way Iâm missing to add multiple plants in Planta to the same pot? I currently have about a dozen baby haworthias all grouped in a couple pots but I might separate them eventually and donât want to lose their care history when I do. Any suggestions?

Oh Peace Lily....what is your drama? This happened this week after I watered her Sunday. She needed a drink....gave her a drink. She is in well draining soil, she was repotted about 2 months ago and has been fine. Nothing else changed. Sigh.....will snip the damage and hope she bounces back.

Can someone explain edema to me? Assuming it is when plants are watered too frequently? I wait until mine are mostly dry then run water through the soil long enough that I know itâs totally saturated. I thought you couldnât overwater by soaking itâŠright??

I cant even believe what I stumbled across tonight! I was cleaning up in my plant area (lol the area takes up almost half the Living room and my family hates it, so its funny when I call it an area like a small space) and I had to do a double take! Mind you we just moved in here at the end of the summer and I repotted both of my 5 ft BOP's and i literally thought was dying on me!

So my monstera has tons of babies everywhere and has new growth as well, would I be able to repot and separate these babies. Any advise is appreciated.

Any idea what is causing my snake plant to droop? I follow the watering schedule and repotted her a couple of months ago because her roots were coming out of the soil. Will she stand tall again or should I just trim her and propagate the ends?

Thereâs a cute little plant growing in my shield plant. Iâm used to seeing mushrooms in a lot of my plants, or an occasional weed. But this stem is purple lol
