We had some measly bugs and saw you should spray them with alcohol. We did this process outside did we burn and ruin this monstera?
Anyone have a Variegated Rope Hoya? If so could you tell me where you purchased it?
Got my microgreens starter kit gonna see how i like it and maybe expan. Any tips?
I took this picture a few weeks ago I had propagated this mulberry and it’s doing great!
Jade Money Maker Brown Leaves Hi, small issue right now but I’m just wondering why this Jade is developing some browning on leaves lower on the stem? It’s been solid all summer, same spot in a south facing window. My best guess is either possible over-watering or it needs to be re-potted. Any other thoughts would be appreciated!
It is rare for marantas/prayer plants to bloom indoors, they need IDEAL conditions for that. This is mine today. I am so excited 💚!
Heyy I’m new here and to the plant life or at least the (real ones) lol 😅 I love plants they’re literally everywhere in my house as decor, but these are my first real indoor plants. Any other suggestions y’all might recommend on caring for these beauties that may not be on Planta are welcomed, thank you 🤗 Fairy Washboard, Money Tree, Pothos Exotica 🪴
i decided to run an experiment on the best set up after propagation. so there’s the soil pot (Gwen) and the perlite/water pot (Myles). both were the same size when i started and both got the same amount of lighting conditions. Gwen in the soil is healthy but slow growing. (i’m aware there’s no drainage holes in the glass but i can see everything that’s going on inside so it’s easy to monitor. no root rot here !!) Myles in the perlite and water grew significantly faster. roots and leaves ! long story short, i will be doing hydroponics after propagation for my spider plants teehee
i simply just wanted to show off my new children because i think they are beautiful 🤭
Hi plant people, I have been going through a very very tough phase in my life. I lost my job and got in a terrible car accident that totaled my car (which I got on the hardest time of my life because that’s when I lost my daughter) and plants have always made me happy! If anyone would love to gift me cuttings I would really really love that.
what in the world should i do with this thing? it was given to me 2? ish years ago at this point, it was very root bound and wasn’t doing too great, about a year ago it grew a new node and now it’s kinda growing like crazy, anyone know what kinda succulent this is?? i’ve kinda been winging the care which clearly is going well buaha
I started this prop a few days ago with Pothos Crep Myrtle Mulberry and some other random stuff I found I’m testing the Pothos trick I can’t wait to see results!
HELP! Over the last few days, it looks like something is eating our plants. A week ago we didn’t notice anything. Then our plants started to look thinner, but we just finally beat an aphid infestation with some live lady bugs, so we chalked it up to ‘recovery’. Now, on closer inspection, something is DEVOURING our hibiscus, all the way down to the stems and beyond! It looks like damage you’d see from rabbits, deer, or something - but those are literally impossible culprits. We live in a townhome and our back patio is open to the sky, but has 8ft fences on either side between the other units then the garage. The ground is all paver. Essentially, our patio is a square to the sky with walls all around it. What is it? How do we stop it?
Just got this caladium and have no clue how to care for it other than bright indirect light. Please give me tips and tricks!!!
Got a Thai constellation monstera AND a monstera deliciosa…. The Thai repotted perfectly and I’ve got high hopes for it. It’s already pushing out new leaves, thank God. However, the other Monstera, I found out apparently had five separate plants in the same pot, which normally would be great, but I have zero space for four other extra plants lol😂
Hey! Can anyone tell me what this could be? I have some Amber bio fungicide. Should I use some of that on it or should I just cut off the leafs. Thanks for your help!
Is this normal? And if so what is this! It looks like roots. This is a panda plant. I water it weekly and it sits in a SE facing window.
What is the best fertilizer you use for your Monstera? Also, what soil mix is everyone using? New to the monstera world! These are such beautiful plants!
we have just bought this new plant and are wondering what to do to make it a bit healthier! where does it like to live?
