Do you think I should change my Sago plan out of a self watering pot? I bought it in it over a month ago but I’ve heard they are not good for the plants. Help yall 😭

hi! does anyone know if there are different sizes of birds of paradise? my mom recently got some new plants to help add a little bit of privacy to my sibling's room (not pictured). the window shown is mine, and the BOP in front of it is one that has been here since we moved in. the smaller one on the right is the recent one, and the one that was planted infront of the other window is the same soze. my mom is wondering if it will ever reach the size or height to cover the window. thanks!!

Bottom watering for the first time. I let my plant sit for 20 minutes and it’s still dry an inch down. Should I let my plant continue to sit?

This was a wax covered Amaryllis bulb that I purchased late Nov/early Dec 2022. Originally the bulb produced one stalk and four trumpet flowers. When the flowers and stalk died back I removed the wax and placed the bulb into a loose dirt mix, almost like the consistency of coffee, into a large soup take out container. (The tall translucent ones.) The bulb last year produced two more stalks with huge flowers after I did that. He was outside all summer and I brought it in doors sometime in November into my basement with no windows. I can’t really say he died back. By Christmas I brought him and and another 2 bulbs to the living room. I’m a late bloomer. They’re late bloomers. Who really cares.😁

i got this aglaonema valentine a few weeks ago and the soil seems overly dry to me. I'm not sure what type of soil it is but it has some bits of rocks in it. The soil all around the pot just seems super dry no matter if i water the plant. Is it normal? Anyone has advice on what to do?

Somehow…someway…I’m gonna have to make room for my new plants that I ordered. 🤔 No addiction here 😁

how should i go about using the generated water schedule that planta gave me? i want to trust it because i input all the information as accurately as i could but some of my plants look like they want water now, not in a week or so. i’ll attach an example below. also, if i do water early, how do i snooze it or update the schedule? ps these were sold as tropical plant varieties which also makes me want to water them with the soil this dry.
