In the process of converting all my Alocasia to leca/moss setup. This "wentii" was the first plant I converted and within 2 weeks she pushed out 4 new leafs. I also like how the glass vase let's me see what's going on with the root system. I'm not sure if this is semi hydro but I'd like to experiment with those little colorful pebble rocks I see all over the internet.
I just bought this money tree and the care instructions says to put two ice cubes in the pot once a week which equals 3TBSP of water. Does that sound accurate? Also I canât tell what type of soil itâs in. Is it supposed to be this dry? I just did to ice cubes this morning. This is the pot it came in as well.
I often find that I enjoy the beauty in nature even in death. My Pollys bottom leaf was on its way out and the under color caught my eye. Nature always surprises me đ€Żâ€ïž

Okay so Iâm super new to owning houseplants and somebody gave me bad advice and told me to start with a Calathea LOL. Well I almost killed it and then saved it so naturally I decided to buy three more plants, one of which being a Rex Begonia. Itâs kind of spilling out of the pot I got, should I repot it?
My kind of evening! Repotting and splitting up my new plants! I have even cut up my snake plant leaf in hope of propagating it!

The first two pictures are from today of the plant clipping I got awhile back. The last two are from the day I got it. What kind of plant is this because plants says itâs a Philodendron but I have no idea if thatâs right. Itâs improved a lot. Any ideas on next steps?

Hey. I would like to know if itâs time to repot this prayer plant? I know the rule is to wait til roots are growing thru the bottom but due to itâs size and the pot size I was thinking it should be repotted. Also, it does have a few roots coming thru.

Hello! Iâm just wondering about my Carolina Reaper plant - my partner & I dealt with aphids a few months prior, and were able to get rid of them completely. Now Iâm wondering, however, if that affected the plant itself? I donât know much about pepper plants as that is my partners domain, but it seems as if she is late to flowering? How can I help that?
Any one know if these are blooms coming out on my asparagus fern? I have only ever noticed blooms once they are actual tiny white flowers.
Considering getting a rain catcher. Have a townhouse so I donât know if Iâll be able to use any of the gutter rain catchers. Any recommendations on what type of rain catcher I can get to put in the front of my house (those plants get all the rain when it rains. Or for something I could put under/near patio to collect down below?

We are probably moving in the next 6 months or so. I have about 230 plants. Has anyone moved that many before? Any tips? What about if it's really cold at the time? We're in New England and going even further north. đ€ŠđŒ I honestly think I am going to have to rent a separate covered U-Haul trailer to move just the plants. And no, I can't downsize before the move.
Hey my big leaf begonia who is an outdoor plant is suddenly doing horrible yesterday it was fantastic doing well even noticed a new leaf and now today it looks like this Iâm freaking out this was one of my grandfathers plants who he has had for decades (this is a baby of one of those begonias) what is going on please anyone help me
