Has anyone tried using tea (water the tea leaves have been steeped in), as fertilizer for indoor plants? If so, let me know! What kind of tea were you using and do you think it'd be suitable for most plants? Thanks:)

getting so tired of restarting plants with root mealies :( they’ve become the bane of my existence and it’s ruining how relaxing this usually is for me. ughhhh anyone else going through winter bugs?

New plant babies 🤩 I’m not normally someone who gravitates to syngonium but it was free so I brought her home! I also got a beautiful cutting of a snow queen pothos which completes my collection for making a mixed pothos plant pot. 🤓

Hello sweet plant people! I got this plant a while ago, it’s doing ok but the new leafs keep having brown spots on them, I’ve been to busy to worry about it till now but this is my favorite plant and I’d hate so much to see her die any care tips anyone could possibly give me I’d love you for! Hi! This kalanchoe has been split into three over time. I was wondering if it is a concern that some of the stems on the original are brown instead of green. Also, it has never flowered again after having flowers when I bought it many years ago. Any guidance is appreciated! Thank you.

First time owning a plant that needs humidity, is this distance from my plant okay? My house is open concept so I’m trying to create some localized humidity for her :) additionally how long should I run the humidifier? This is a philodendron billietiae (water drops are from bringing her in from outside I just bought this today)

SOS: I can’t believe I didn’t see my ruby rubber plant wilting so much. 😩 My last watering was 6 weeks ago and this app is suggesting the next watering to be in MARCH? I just noticed how wilted it got and am giving a thorough watering now. Why would the app suggest 5 months of no watering for this plant? Is this normal for a rubber plant in winter? Will it revive?

We’ve seen so much progress in my little Syngonium (Berry allusion)! The picture on the top is from May of this year, and the pictures on the bottom is what they currently look like! Thank you to all the people who helped me revive my plant by commenting on my posts back then and giving me tips!

Hey! Christmas is coming up very soon, and I was wondering what plant I should get my friend. She’s a first-time plant raiser, and currently has a cactus. She doesn’t really have much sunlight from her window, and probably wants a low-maintenance plant. Her favorite plant to get would be roses, but the mini roses require too much sun… Any suggestions to help me out? Thanks in advance!

Proud plant mum here. Despite struggling to get on top of spider mites my calathea has a flower!! Was just showering the leaves off and I spotted it. Super pleased. At least I know that they’re not affecting her too much and she is happy ❤️ just got to keep battling the pesky little critters!!

Anyone have any idea what could cause these to pop up?

Hi! This is my rosemary Xmas tree but all the outside needles are dry. We live in MN so super cold but its inside. The only thing I can think is not enough light? Please help, i would like to make sure it recovers and not get worse. I water once a week or 10 days.

Why is it dropping leaves? This is the 3rd one this month? The others were kind of crunchy and curled on one side since I bought it but this one leaf wasn't. It was wet couple weeks ago so I moved it closer to a fan, and it dropped one there. Soil seemed better so i moved it to middle of 2 ceiling fans between dining and living rooms couple days ago. Now this one leaf dropped and ir looks like this... Thank you! This is one of my favorites! 😔

Odd question. I'm having to downsize and I'm thinking of selling some plants, probably on Facebook marketplace, but I have no ideas on price since most of mine were little rescues. Any idea what I could ask for this one? I think I've had it about five years and it was one of my five dollar rescues. Lol
