I have a Govee Home Lamp and the Kelvins are from 2600 to 6500. Which I think is good. I am just wondering do you think this could be considered as a âgrow boxâ? I used another app to check the light and it says full sun and if I put my hand underneath it I kind of feel a little heat. I am hoping to put sow tomatoe seeds underneath it. The lamp is very flexible and I will use a plastic cup which is tall enough to be close to the light.

Anyone have some tips on indoor ivy plants? I have 2 of them and shortly after I brought them home I noticed spider mites so treated that, but they still seem to be dropping lots of leaves. I have them directly in pots, should I maybe repot into nursery pots so they can drain better? I do see some new growth but they are definitely not thriving.

My baby Britt has popped a beautiful white leaf that has just a bit of purple and green on the tip of it. This was a total surprise! I donât know if this is normal, or if sheâll keep that leaf, but I thought Iâd let you all enjoy it with me⊠đ€©!

I think the watering intervals on planter are too far apart. Of course,, ordering depends not only on light, plant needs, and temperature, but also on how root found a plant is.

Hello, everyone! Meet my beautiful Episcia âTemptation,â which I picked up in the summer of 2024 from a local seller here in Ontario, Canada. It hasnât bloomed for me yet, but Iâve been keeping it under a grow light on a 12-hour timer and have recently noticed buds starting to form! Fingers crossed for bloomsâIâll be sure to share photos if itâs successful. All my Episcias are growing in sphagnum moss/LECA mix and they seem to absolutely love it! đŒ

Hi folks! Firstly, I received a new succulent today (which I would like help identifying!) that was propagated by someone else, and another person asked me to try to propagate their succulent. They gave me leaves that had fallen off and placed them in the dirt. Will this work? Secondly, my spider plant that Iâve had for a few months and has grown beautifully has brown tips. I moved it from the window, but it was never in direct sunlight because Iâm in a basement. Any advice is much appreciated.
