Why are some of my leaves getting black on them? They’re in a north facing window, good lighting, no air blasting on it. I just got this 2 weeks ago.

Help!! My sister brought this Aloe plant over. I’m new to the plant world and am not sure how to save this. Does anyone have any advice? I’m sure I need to repot, but how do I separate the live part from the dead part? Is it ok to cut them apart?

Can anyone please tell me why my ZZ plant’s leaves are curling? There are 3 stems and they’ve been like that for months. They don’t get any better or any worse.

Can u pls help me? My plant was thriving and I usually kill everything. I was really proud of myself. I feel sucky now. I put it outside for two hours two weeks ago and this is what happened (see pic). I water it weekly and I cut off the dead leaves. Now I see some good leaves are discoloring again. Any ideas on what I can do to save this plant.

My MIL just gifted me her shamrock plant. I have no idea what to do with/for it. It is long and leggy and some of the leaves are starting to wither. **What type of soil should it have? (I’m 100% sure my MIL bought it and has never repotted it). **Should I repot it soon? (She just gave it to my hubby today to give to me). **What type of light should it have? (Full sun, shade, etc.). I know I could look all this up online but this is the place I go to first. Thanks for the help!
Swipe to see my Dieffenbachia back in November 2024! 🌿🖤 (first photo is her today!)
I’ve been seeing the plant conventions showing up on my socials now that I’m a plant mom. ❤️ Has anyone been to Plant Con or other similar plant conventions? There’s one coming close to my city and want to know any tips, tricks or things to look out for?
So this is Caz. He’s my office spider plant. My first ever plant really. He was originally sitting on a shelf by my desk which has no light other than the generic fluorescent office lights. He was very droopy and had lots of dead leaves at the bottom. I moved him to the window (south facing) on Friday last week. He seems much happier there but still lots of dead leaves. I water him about twice a week. Anyone have any suggestions for my little dude? I want to be a plant mom but I am pretty hopeless lol. I don’t want to fail little Caz.
I have a fiddlehead fern (Matteuccia struthiopteris) I’m watering plenty and trying to regulate humidity for it. my question is are those brown tips a sign of low humidity ?
