Ive just managed to get my hands on a pink variegated Begonia maculata cutting. It has a few roots so fingers crossed itâs successful. Any tips would be welcome!

When i received the delivery of this plant, the stems were floppy and i understand that happens with overwatering. Is there anything i can do to fix this? (I have read that nothing can be done) does it mean the plant is a lost cause?đ

Iâve managed to keep this orchid alive and it has bloomed twice. What do I do with the roots? Is this an indication that it needs to be repotted? Iâve never been good at orchids. Scared to touch it!
