I have a baby snake plant pop up 🥹

Handsome Bean gracefully watching the Koi fish… we have been wanting to make the Koi pond bigger! And what a better time than now because they were spawning a few weeks back, but I don’t know if that would be idea since that occurred.

I’m not sure what’s going on but every time I look at this plant more of it keeps dying. I only water when it’s dry and it’s under a grow light. Any tips?
