I wrote a post, maybe a week ago, about the problems my pepperomia is having, but didn’t get any real answers as to what is going on with it. I went to check it out today, and I think it was worse. I noticed in one spot, there were actually dark bubbles on the front of a leaf. If anybody can DX this for me, I’d sure appreciate it!

I suppose it could be fungal but I don't think so from these pictures. Possibly edema? Edema happens when the plant roots absorb water faster than it loses water through its leaves in transpiration. This causes the tissue to swell and rupture and then it may look water soaked and get brownish areas on the leaf.

I had a Alocasia that did something very similar! do you Let your plant Dry out or keep it damp a lil & not Dry all the way? i Bought my alocasia (even tho they are Different plants) it seemed to they Let it dry all the way out and for a while i Let it dry out But then started watering it how i do with all of my other alocasia
not Soaking wet but never dry! and it started to quite literally melting away
Maybe if You try to let it dry fully out and go from there? (Not saying you are!) I always gave my alocasia My own soil mix and That definitely helped alot then a premixed soil i had bought for it originally! So maybe a Repot/fresh soil?! (I used Fox farm’s ocean forest Soil, orchid bark, Perlite & lecca clay balls)

I’ve put that poor plant through like four sprays of neem, then four sprays of a copper fungicide, and then went back to a repeated set of sprays with neem
on a very strict regimen; one spray every seven days, for four weeks. That should’ve killed any fungus, wouldn’t you think? TIA!

Neem isn't the best fir fungal. But the copper should have worked.

My first thot is overwatering but some of those spots look like they could be mechanical or low humidity damage too.
