So I have this exotica. It had a couple leaves for about 10 years. Finally started to get more the last couple. Now she is leggy. Should I cut and restart? Click on pic to see the whole plant

I would turn the entire plant into cuttings and propagate them in water under a grow light within a foot of the cuttings. Fertilize when the roots emerge. Plant in soil when the roots are at least 2 inches long. The slow growth and leaf drop can occur in low light and low fertilizer. Place a good quality grow light within a foot of the new starter plants. Fertilize once a month in winter and twice a month in summer to get good growth. My photo shows the bare vines from a winter where it needed more light. It lived outside in summer. 🪴🍀

I had to do that to mine as well. They prop really slowly, but totally worth it to have a fuller plant

It actually looks like your pot is too big- I like what sunny recommended, you cut them up like this and prop them all together in a wide shallow pot. I also don’t really like to bring new soil into the house, instead i like to leave it in water and let it live like that. I never have to worry 😁 I can also keep an eye on the roots. If this is something you’d want to do, let me know and I can give you a few tips
