I’m not entirely sure why kind of plant this is, but it has these little bug looking things on it. Will these harm the plant? Do I need to get rid of them? If so, how?

    um yeah those are scale bugs😭at my garden center job we usually spray bugs off with pesticides but when there’s not many, we take tweezers and take the bugs off individually and rinse them off in a jar of rubbing alcohol to kill them.
