I am not an expert but I know they need a period of dark before they can bloom. Did you move it or change its light conditions? Also confirm the leaf shape is a Christmas cactus. A lot of times I see people posting pictures of Thanksgiving cactus but calling it Christmas cactus. Good luck!
5 gillningarDo you use fertilizer throughout the year? I have found my holiday cactuses bloomed better when I started using fertilizer.
2 gillningarThey need complete darkness about 10-12 hours a night for about a month. Along with sunlight or a grow light during the day. Place them in a completely dark room where no one turns on the light during the night or that will reset the clock. Some people put the plant in a bucket or laundry basket and cover the entire thing with thick blankets or sun block curtain liner material if they have no dark room. The plant should start budding in about a month. This is a method similar to the ones used by nurseries to force these plants to bloom before a holiday sales period. More info online. 🪴🍀
