Needs as much sun as possible, direct is good
2 gillningarHow should I go about it in the night?
0 gillningarI was just looking at getting one of these guys! They’re SO pretty! 🥹
1 gillaYeah, my gf got them at her job. Heard they were hard to keep alive.
0 gillningarThey need direct bright sunlight
1 gillaAt least 12 hrs of it
1 gillaI kinda thought it was indirect to avoid dryness, but I guess that's why it needs to stay hydrated with water. .
1 gillaCrotons grow in full direct sun with high heat and humidity in their native tropical environment. You have to mimic that environment as much as possible by increasing the humidity and lighting. They quickly go limp with insufficient lighting. Put it in a south or west facing window. Put it under a grow light for at least 12 hours per day. Remember to slowly acclimate it to direct sunlight to prevent burns. A humidifier will help when indoors to increase humidity levels. Good luck 🍀 🪴
1 gillaDefinitely need to invest in those. I took it to my patio and im keeping track on the soil to avoid dryness. Only attempt for now is misting often as it gets around the high 80s..
1 gillaA lot of water. They’re also prone to pests, so make sure no creepy crawlers are lurking around.
1 gillaYeah, found one and took care if it. Just added some water.
