Just got this from my local Walmart, no idea what it is. The label says “fancy philodendron” but definitely not. Any help would be great!

To care for a "fancy" or rare Philodendron, provide bright, indirect light and a warm, humid environment, allowing the topsoil to dry out before watering deeply. Use a well-draining, slightly acidic soil mix, and fertilize monthly during the growing season. Repot as needed, prune to maintain size, and keep leaves dust-free to encourage photosynthesis.

Possible Causes of Browning • Insufficient Light: "A couple meters away" from a window, even a south-facing one, could significantly reduce the light the plant receives, potentially causing browning leaves and a generally "content but not thriving" state. o • Inconsistent Watering: While waiting for the top few inches of soil to dry is a good practice, if the soil dries out too quickly and the plant doesn't receive water deeply enough, the roots can suffer from lack of moisture, leading to browning. o • Overly Chunky Soil Mix: While a chunky, well-draining mix is great for aeration, a mix that is too chunky can dry out extremely fast. If the plant's root system is also small, it may not be able to retain enough moisture, leading to dryness and stress.

I also bought an Alocasia zebrina, I don’t think it’s another one though. I think it belongs in that family, or the philodendron family
