My sister had something similar, she said it was a type of fungus.. or something.. look for little bugs and do some clippings of the infected leaves. That is what she did. I would also try an epsom salt bath to help clear any bugs that could be there. My sister said hers the bugs won’t leave.. she’s tried everything except the bath. So you could probably look up how to do that exactly

Hmm maybe don’t trim it.. can you take props of the healthy leaves? You could try starting the plant again.. and then that way if it dies you have a baby from it, but yeah I’d look for bugs and see if you can find anything, is it in a sunny area?

looks like thrip damage to me, check to see if there are little black or yellow bugs on it, typically they move faster than spider mites. if is thrips ur gunna need to get a pest spray, ive never been able to get rid of them with the house hold ways

It could definitely be pests like thrips. Thrips are also white in color. They are tiny. You can pass them to other plants before you realize you have thrips. Check all of the plants with a magnifying glass. Check under leaves/pots. Disinfect hands and tools after handling. It’s possibly temperature damage if no pests are found. Was the plant exposed to cold temperatures (below 50°F) or exposed to excessive heat, possibly near a heater? Even a ten minute temperature exposure can hurt some tropical plants. 🍀🪴
