Anyone know what the heck is going on with this? Got it about a year ago and it had like....four leaves on it. And they fell off and died. And it's been just this stalk for about.....seven months? At one point it looked like it had some buds coming in but 🤷🏻 why she don't like me?
Check for viable roots. This might be long gone. Crotons need the soil to dry. They need full sun or a strong grow light. They need fertilizer. I recommend not adding objects to the top soil. They slow evaporation of excess water from the soil and leads to root rot.

1 gilla They are tricky to raise indoors. They use them as hedges in the tropics where they thrive in full sun.
