Looks like kalanchoe. The leaves are usually darker with the leaf nodes closer together. šŖ“š

1 gilla Youāre welcome. I recommend changing the soil and reducing the pot size to about half that diameter if the roots of the remaining plants will fit. This avoids root rot from the excess soil holding too much water on the roots that the plant canāt use up. The large gaps between the leaf nodes and the campsite of the newest leaves indicate the plant wasnāt getting enough light. šŖ“š
