Is monstera getting too much light this is a new grow light the leafs are pulling up they weren’t like this before

    I would check it for burn in morn and in evening. That looks like a Sansi bulb, maybe about 36 or 42 watts. Sansi bulbs are very efficient with producing a lot of light. And they concentrate it into a fairly narrow space. I have burned echeverias with these bulbs. Your monstera looks to be off to the side a bit so probably will be ok.

    As long as your foliage isn’t burning then it’s loving the light

    The leaves look fine in the photos. Sun burnt leaves will blacken and dry at the burnt spots. I wouldn’t move it unless the plant is getting damaged.
