I use plant lights on my snake plants and they love it! The pots they are in now look fine to me, I wouldn't repot unless you notice any big issues like root rot, or if it's been in that pot for a very long time and needs a refresh!

Snake plants like to be root bound as they normally grow in shallow, tight spaces. Unless the roots are escaping the pot, your beautiful friend should be fine. They do well in low light (not in dark places) but they do like bright spaces, too, so the grow light will be great. If your snake has been in a place with inderect light for a long time, it would be best to graudually increase the light both in intensity and amount of time. Keep an eye on how often you water; they love to be drenched and then left to completely dry out as watering too often will cause root rot (drying out could take a month, so neglect is better than too much love). Avoid leaving your snake to sit in water and empty the tray as soon as the water has drained from the pot. Soil should be chunky and rocky to allow fast drainage and the pot should have lots of drainage holes. Great job with it, btw! Your snake looks super happy!

One more thing. If this plant is new, you might want to check its roots. Sometimes snakes look great but their roots are starting to suffer from overwatering. Many plant sellers also wrap snake plant roots in foam or elastic to keep them bound. Personally, I prefer to remove the foam as you can manage better with rocky soil and a smaller pot.
