So a pot that I bought a while ago to use for one of my plants is broken. Is this still good or is it now just a decorative pot? Can it be fixed? If so how?

Is it just on the outside or is it on the inside of the pot? Because if itās just outside of the pot and not on the inner part, it should be fine, but if itās cracked deeper than itās not fine.
1 gillaYeah the crack in the picture is all the way through. There is also a smaller crack on the inside. Iām hoping there is a way to fix it and still be safe for plants but I donāt have much hope.
1 gillaI would say your best bet would just be getting a different pot, but you can look on YouTube and see if you can find a fix

i use cracked pots embarrassingly often, a few little dots of superglue over the worst parts of the crack will help hold it together. or you can leave it and let the plant break the pot when it gets rootbound.
1 gillaI love cracked pots, gives them character.
0 gillningarIām more of an outdoor plant person. Iām so excited to get my plants going again š
0 gillningarA great way to fix broken pots is UV resin! Use only on the outside though so no chemicals are in the soil. It works very well on porous material!
