The Greenescape on etsy offers free shipping. I've ordered from them many times when I first started since they're mostly starter plants. Prices are good and I've never had an issue.

Home Depot and Lowe’s also and they have a 30 day return policy that you can return in store.

Free shipping isn’t free. It’s already included in the price. Large and mega nurseries tend to have lower shipping costs because they ship thousands a week and get discounts from shippers. Smaller shops and growers price the shipping cost in line with the chosen shipper. I expect to pay $10 to $15 shipping via UPS or the post office Priority Mail to get my plants in 2 business days. This is typically whatever fits the standard priority mail boxes. Larger and heavier plants cost more to ship. I don’t like my plants shipping through fedex. They have been rough handling some shipments. I will ask a seller to ship UPS instead. I might have to pay a little more for the inconvenience.🪴🍀
