My fiddleleaf leaf is doing really well. It’s very new and from a cutting of a mother plant and the shoot is coming out sideways and I’m just wondering if there’s a way to do it to where it grows up or what I should do.

So I don't think it will grow out of the wooded area. You could try for more branches with the pinch method. Or chop it down and see what comes up.
2 gillningarWhat is the pinch method?? 😊 thank you for advice!!
1 gillaYou just pinch off where the new growth it coming out. It can force new branches on different sides. I had to do it twice now my flf has 3 new branches. It will stop the growth from where it's coming now n
2 gillningarAny time you cut it, new growth will come in the same direction that the leaf under the cut is going. It will go in a generally upward direction over time, but if you want to train it, you can use wire to move it the same as you would in bonsai, or just trim strategically.
