Here is my grandmas plant collection in her living room, what do you think about it? Does she have good taste? She wants some name ideas for them so I’d love some suggestions. I’ll be posting more of her plants asap ! 🌱🪻🪴🫚🫛

    When naming my 🪴: Gifted ~ named after gifter or very similar; minimum 1st letter of name Acquired ~ play around with 1st letters of Sci Name (genus/species)

    I really think she should name them herself that is half of the fun. You can do a Google search for a cute plant name for that type of a plant and they’ll give you some ideas like 120 of them if you need that many ideas! First decide if it’s a boy or a girl. I know some people call all Plants girls, but I try to make mine 50% of each sex.

      Haha , I know you were just kidding but she’s been using this book for the last 10 years of her retirement planting adventure! : Plant by Phaidon Editors. I really recommend it I have read it and it has some really good unique tips that you don’t find anywhere else. I can post a few of the tips if you like ? 👍;)

    I think they’re fantastic, although I don’t criticize anyone’s “taste”! If your plants make you happy, you don’t need to be concerned what anyone else thinks of them!
