My monstera is absolutely wild and I have no idea what to do to make it more upright / to better reorganize it - any tips ?

    It looks like you have a few different plants in there. Monsteras usually do better with 1 - 2 plants per pot. I'd split them up and then use a moss pole. If they're too crawly and long I'd chop and prop to a more manageable lengthm
