I was recently gifted a Flaming Katy succulent cutting, and I have no experience with gardening at all. Is this cutting too big? I'm afraid that the plant won't be able to root because of how many leaves are in the cutting.

    I would get a bigger pot maybe a medium size. That one looks a bit small

    Your logic is on track. I would probably make it into three cuttings. Now I’m not familiar with this plant but you may want to research the best way to prop their cuttings-soil or water.
