Hi! Iā€™m a new plant mom. Can someone tell me if my plants are getting enough indirect sunlight? I canā€™t really tell

    I would check the sunlight needs for each individual one because they may be different ! A lot of times certain ones will need to be in/near a south facing window or west, or need to be in a more shady area!! This set up is lovely though!!!

      Thank you! According to the app all these plants need full indirect sun and my window faces SE. I just wasnā€™t sure if where they are is considered indirect sunlight since the sun doesnā€™t really shine where they are itā€™s just very bright if that makes sense

    It really depends on each individual plant some plants need more sun than others so you should just research more about each plant. Otherwise they look pretty healthy!

    Without knowing your window direction (N, S, E, W), Iā€™d say it honestly looks pretty nice. Your Maranta, fittonia, and pothos are great for indirect, and your pilea is in a bit brighter location. Keep an eye on them (especially the top of that big pothos) for signs of slowed growth or yellow stippling indicating low light, but I think itā€™s pretty solid!

      Thank you so much this was very helpful. My window faces SE. I moved the pilea there so it can get a little bit of sun since itā€™s usually further back on the shelf and I closed the curtain so it wasnā€™t getting too much sunlight. Iā€™m still learning but having so much fun ā˜ŗļø

      Oh nice! With a SE window that should be a pretty darn good setup ā˜ŗļø I love how much there always is to learn and discover in this hobby. And I love that plants can tell us when they need more or less of something. Plants are awesome!

      Ok, I see you did add your plants. šŸ’™ But you have your rooms has ā€œfull sunā€. I would think they would be part sun???? Maybe Iā€™m wrong.

      Youā€™re right I just changed it to part sun and now itā€™s saying my plants are in a good location/distance from the window
