It is probably just in shock, give it ice.
2 gillningarIce! That would shock it more! Also, was she watering too much? This looks like a Monstera, they like to dry out a bit. And they do appreciate a chunky mix to grow in, it gets air to the roots.

0 gillningarDonât put ice on your plantsâŠever. Mother Nature would not approve. đ Check for pests. If no pests, then, itâs likely a watering issue especially when itâs under a grow light. So, itâs less likely a lighting issue. I suspect itâs under watered taking cues from the spider plant next to it. Water when the soil dries out and not based on a schedule. Bottom water and fertilize the spider plant since itâs severely dehydrated. The soil may be hydrophobic, too dry to soak up water before the water drains away. The snake plant below maybe having similar issues with low water/fertilizer/light based on the pale look. I suspect the grow lights are not within a foot of each plant and/or they are not getting fertilized every month.
2 gillningarThank you, should I tell her to clip the leaves thatâs changing?
1 gillaYes, she can clip the yellow leaves She should check the roots for rotten smelly roots in case itâs sitting in water. Treat for root rot if itâs an overwatering issue.
0 gillningarIt could also be a water imbalance
