Mine and only Mine

I have a fig plant planted in the ground, it started to give fruits but they are dry! Does anyone know what do I need to do to help it ???

    I don’t have a fig tree but for fruit trees it takes them a year or two to start making nice fruit. My loquat trees first fruit were very small and bitter but have gotten better over the years.
