   I have this plant and mine did the same thing. I wouldn’t worry if you checked for pests. These are prone to spider mites.

   Maybe try giving it a little more light and a trellis, moss pole, or coco choir pole to climb on. I wouldn’t be worried though your plant will get fenestrations eventually, it is very healthy and you can speed them up with the methods I listed but it should be fine without them.
