Whatâs the best way to clean pots between plants? I live in an apartment and Iâm a little wary of having a big thing of bleach around.

White vinegar and water. No chemicals .

Oh, thatâs perfect. Iâd prefer not to use chemicals as well. Thank you both!
1 gillaThird.... White vinegar, if anything shady was in the pot, I'll spray it down with the fungicide I use on the plants after I rinse the vinegar off too. Just to doubly make sure
2 gillningarIf there was nothing suspect in the pot before (root rot, etc.) I use hot water and dish soap. Otherwise white vinegar is a go to, or if itâs not plastic boiling water and letting it soak.

I have mostly glazed and unglazed clayâŠboiling water doesnât crack clay pots for you?
0 gillningarI tend to use ceramic pots and the few times Iâve used it on those it hasnât bothered them. But if you have concerns white vinegar is a good cleaner, and cleaning vinegar is even stronger.
1 gillaIf you have one: dishwasher. Gets super hot, washes everything off, and very low-maintenance

Oh I didnât think about that! What a great idea.
