White Bird of Paradi

Hey Everyone! Beginner planter here! What should I / not do with this White Bird of Paradise? Looks healthy except for this leaf. It is on a humid back porch in the shade. Thanks ahead!

    Possibly over watering 💦💦 How often do you water it? I’m assuming the yellowing was gradual? (Im also a newbie but have been told that this is usually over watering potentially).

    That marking is old overwatering damage you can leave the leaf on. Make sure it’s in a chunky tropical mix and don’t overwater.

    I was gifted two of these plants, both huge! I gave one to my neighbour and have kept the other. I was told it was a standard palm!! I'm on a steep learning curve! 🫶🏼
