So I’m not sure how to know when lavender is ready to pick so I can put it in my tea. She’s an English Lavender and I haven’t had her long. She’s planted outdoors and on a hillside. Thank you in advance!

    I believe it’s when the flowers are fully opened before they start to fade

      Got it, and do I pick the flowers off or do I pick the entire stem?

    You should harvest the flowers but you can also harvest the spike and the take the flowers of
