I love plants

I am moving on Monday and would like some advice for transporting them safely!!!! I am only moving about 5 miles away from my current home but I just want to ensure a safe journey for my little friends!!!! I have a snake plant, spider plants, pothos, fiddle leaf fig, fern, monstera, silver nerve plant, string of bananas, and a few succulents and cactus!

I have a colapsable crate i keep in the truck. I often use it for plants and just put rags or towels between the pots if they are ceramic. It works great.

Toilet paper/paper towel rolls are your friend! Have used those multiple times either transporting or even shipping plants. For the ones with hanging bits that don’t have too large of leaves, thread them through the roll (can add extra tubing if still too long), tape the roll to the pot, then stuff a Kleenex into the bottom of the last roll and tape that onto it.
