1 gillaI canât get mine to bloom after the first one over a year ago when I bought her
0 gillningarMine had been the same. My husband bought it for me maybe 7 or 8 years ago- small & in bloom. It had root rot at some point after and I cut it way back. It never bloomed again until 5 yrs later. I keep it in an East-facing window (in New England, USA) and it started blooming again shortly after I bought a humidifier all these years later. It had been in a north facing window for a long time and didnât seem too happy there but it loves the East-facing. I water & feed it mostly according to Plantaâs schedule . (Sometimes it tells me to water but the soil is still wet so I stay mindful of that) Now for the superstition- its first bloom for me was right after the worst month of my life. We experienced 4 personal tragedies in like a 2 week span including our beloved 9 yr old dog dying suddenly. We put his ashes near the plant with a little statue and photo of him. (He used to love napping amidst the plants). It bloomed right after that đ
