My frydek; I've noticed has slowed down in growth this month. I've notice another baby frydek coming out and it looks like another one forming as well. I'm assuming these are from corms that I haven't removed. My question is, does the main plant focus it's growth on the corms and if so should I remove said corms in order to promote growth in the main plant? Thanks in advance for your help.

corms can slow growth temporarily but they eventually tug themself off of the mother plant. she should probably be planted a little deeper, those nubs on the stem are more corms forming and they want to be in the dirt
