Looking for a bit of guidance with this plant. I inherited it from a deceased family member and donā€™t confidently know what it is. Iā€™ve been thinking Heart-Leafed Philodendron, but Iā€™m not confident. Anybody feeling more confident about its identity? Anybody know what it wants? Iā€™m not making it happy šŸ™

The veins of the leaf actually make me think itā€™s an Anthurium but Iā€™m not sure which one, not my specialty.

The leaf shape definitely looks similar but itā€™s never looked waxy, even when itā€™s been healthier. The Planta identifier agrees with you (Flamingo Lily specifically) but I felt the lack of waxiness meant it couldnā€™t be.

Some anthuriums do not have that texture. It might be a flamingo but honestly I donā€™t think it is. It reminds me of an Anthurium Papillilaminum but I also donā€™t think thatā€™s it either. I think someone on here might be able to identify it though

Agreed. Also called a flamingo flower I believe.
