I have bougainvillea that is still flowering. I live zone 9. We don’t get really cold like until late Dec like around or after Christmas. Should I cut back the plant to prepare for winter?

    You can lightly trim to encourage blooms and shape the plant during the growing season. You can trim heavily in early spring to prepare for the start of the growing season. My grandmother had several that were trimmed into hedges. They grew pretty fast and sprawled if they weren’t trimmed into severely at the start of spring. 🪴🍀
