Likes to be kept moist but be careful not to overwater and they also like high humidity. They also attract pests so be on alert. It’s the only plant I have had spider mites on. I call mine the drama queen …… but she’s worth it. Good Luck 🍀❤️

the little instructions on the nursery card said she likes low light. would you agree with that as well?

It can tolerate low light but I keep mine under a grow light and she loves it !

After I lost this plant I learned that it does great in a self watering pot, those with the wick touching the water into the soil.

Make sure not to water with tap water, it causes brown spots! Lots of people use distilled but I just collect rainwater and use that 👍

Make sure to water your plants with room temperature water. Plants hate the shock of cold water. Remember that some plants are very sensitive to hard water and chlorine and all those things they add to the water treatment. Get a brita or zero water filter and use that for plants.

I’ve got a brita already! I was just wondering if that would work too. Thank you!

I’ve been watering mine with a Brita! I have a desperate watering can I fill with the filtered water and let it sit at room temp for a day+ before watering to warm up.

They love high humidity and hate drafts and being messed with a lot. They like moist soil but hate being overwatered, so well draining soil in a well draining pot. They hate lime so distilled water keeps them happy. They can be finicky but they are worth it! Best of luck!
