This is one of my office plants (Zane the Zz) and I had him on a high shelf that was too close to the heater vent and he got cooked over the 4 day weekend. The yellow leaves do not feel dry..will they ever turn green again? I moved him as soon as I saw him and gave him a good drink of water. The little guy in the middle looks pretty healthy 😅

Also would hold off on watering for a while, like over a month given there isn’t much foliage to suck up the water. Just cut the yellow stems at the level of the soil and they may grow back from the rhizomes like PlantyAnn said.

My lace aloe turns brown if I leave it outside and returns green when I bring it back in. It’s crazy.
