I was wondering if anyone here has propagated a monstera before - and if you have, are these looking good so far? They have been in water for about 3 weeks. I am just not sure how they are supposed to look since this is my first time. Also a few additional questions - 1. The largest roots that are growing seem to come from an aerial root that I have trimmed. Is that okay/normal? 2. Where will the new leaves come from (and have I trimmed them correctly so that new leaves will be produced?) Thank you in advance!

I have a baby monstera too (propagated from one leaf), and mine looked similar to yours. He has since put out some new leaves so you should be good! For mine, a new node/leaves appeared from the original node that was under the soil. As far as I know, as long as roots are growing in the water he will be okay. I always feel like the plant does better if you wait to repot until the roots are even bigger but that is just my preference :)
