Grow cabinets ‼️‼️ How are we putting humidifiers in there? Is it safe with the grow lights and fans? Also I guess I don’t know where to put it.. it’s misted the bottom plants so much so that they were soaked. So I turned it off as to not cause any damage. Here are different angles of it.

I have a humidifier that turns on and off based on the humidity I set it to, and a computer fan that is on a timed outlet to run for 15 minutes a few times a day to circulate the air. I also have a little display to monitor the temp and humidity. I’ve had this set up, with also using timed grow lights, for a little over a month and my plants seem to dig it!

If you have enough plants and weather stripped, you should not need a humidifier. I don’t use one in mine and it stays at around 80% humidity which is ideal.

Ok thanks! Mine stays pretty humid but I figured a humidifier would offer misting and that just seemed better. I also see soo many people that have one in there.

I would personally avoid a humidifier because it can lead to mold or fungal issues, especially if you don’t have enough airflow. But just my 2 cents 😊

I saw a pretty cool setup where a woman had a small fountain rather than a humidifier (just a small bubbling fountain) and it kept almost too much moisture. She said that if you’re putting humidity in there, there has to be a good amount of air movement or you’ll start growing nasties.

Thanks for the info. I’m convinced not to use a humidifier
