Got my first grow light today! have it set to turn on at 12:30 (when my balcony loses sun) and turn off at 9:30. It’s set at white light but I do have the option for warm or cold lighting. Any advice or tips?

    My only advice is give it a couple weeks and assess!

      I suggest warm light but do try all.

    Assuming your grow light is LED? If so, stick with warm or white light. The color LED lights are not the right kind of spectrum for plants needs. Thats over-simplifying a complex geeky science topic, but there it is.
