My Maranta’s (Red Prayer Plant) leaves have been drooping more each day since I brought it home. I’ve watered it twice in the past week (enough for the soul to be moist but not wet) and placed a humidifier by the pot for last 2 day. Has this happened to anyone else?
Mine was unhappy until I moved it to a frosted bathroom window. East facing, maybe? Now he’s so happy!

Marantas leaves point down in daytime and the leaves will point up at night. Like praying hands. Mine does this and I have had flowers recently.
Ah makes me feel better! Even though the leaves don’t point upward at night, I wonder if they will start to soon

Prayer plants hence the name droop during the day to take in the sun and then bring the leaves up at night because they cannot take in the sun at night hence the name prayer
