What are you concerned about? This is a wishlist plant for me but I don’t have space/light for it at the moment. If you share your specific concerns other folks can jump in and help

I wouldn’t say it looks bad but if you’re concerned you could consider repotting to a slightly larger pot. Use a chunky soil mix of coir, perlite, and orchid bark. Also allow it to get more light, opening the blinds & curtains if you dont usually. A humidifier will help too. I really like this soil enhancer too for all of my plants.

What is the purpose of a soil enhancer (cause I obviously need another thing to add đŸ€Ł)?

It’s a fertilizer. I like this because it’s a natural way to add nutrients to the soil. Plus there’s no risk of “burning” your plants. I just add it to the water when I can tell they need a little boost. I’m also looking into mycorrhizal fungi lol if you’d like one more thing to add 😁

It looks fine except a few leaves are split. I don’t see any real problems. đŸ€”

Are you letting the water drain out when you water it?

These thrive in bright light. Lots of covered windows in the background.

It may be root bound. These babies have large roots. That size BoP may have outgrown that pot. Check the roots. For reference, that one above is in a 16” diameter nursery pot and the roots are poking out of the holes on the bottom. They did that very shortly after reporting.
