When I purchased my Zebra plant I was told to water it by giving it a little mist. Iāve had it for months and just watch it slowly deteriorate š itās been drying out and tilting sideways, what is happening and how can I fix it??

Hi! Iāve had this money tree plant for four months and it seems to be thriving with new growth. Iāve noticed that one of the leaves has turned a bit yellowish with spots and some of the new growth looks a bit like itās dying off. I water about every 7-8 days and am wondering why the plants leaves are turning this color now? Any advice would be helpful as I donāt want to loose it thanks!

I received this plant from a friend in August. All the leaves s have died with this unfurled one hanging on. Itās looked like this for over a month. It wonāt open and thereās dryness on both ends. Iām afraid to over water it but maybeā¦. I just want to give this one a fighting chance.

I just bought this last week and first one leave was yellowing so I moved it to the window for more light via plant doctor. Now a second leaf is yellowing. Iām not sure when last this was watered but I have a tendency to drown plants. Should I water asap?

š I have a gnat infestation. Iāve tried everything: neems oil, mosquito bits, and sticky traps. I just dumped white vinegar in the three plants that seem to be the cause as a last resort before I throw them away. Please help! I love these plants but I cannot handle the gnats. Itās unbearable.

Helppp, my baby rubber plant is wilting like crazy and leaves are dropping every time I touch it. The stems and some leaves are turning brown. Iāve been watering regularly. It has good drainage. Its in an okay place in my room. It gets some indirect sunlight, but not a lot. I donāt know what to do! Everything I tried isnāt working. I just got it a few months ago too!

HELP! I moved her to a spot she could grow longer but she sees sad over here, is this over watering or because of sun coming through the window? Thereās not a direct sun that hits her throughout the day though

Calling for help for my Alocasia š
I got this Alocasia Polly a bit over a week ago (PS itās my very first Alocasia), and honestly the Plant store didnāt have the best conditions and some of the plants didnāt look happy (super risky, I know⦠but she looked beautiful and I didnāt want her to die there š¢).
So I saw right away a yellow/brownish spot on one of the leafs, and a few days in I noticed some tiny netting under the leaves (spider mites I guess š«Ø), so I gave her a wash and sprayed her and her soil with a neem oil/dish soap solution). Itās been a week and I havenāt noticed any reappearing, but i will definitely reapply and keep her away from my other plants.
Today I also noticed a bit of yellowing on another leaf.
What else could it be? Is there any other measurements I can take, from your experience?
Thanks in advance!!! š

Jade Plants and Mealybugs
So I have several jade plants in my home and they all seem to periodically struggle with mealybug infestations. I keep following the same protocol- removal with cotton swabs, spraying with Neem oil, sprinkling with diatomaceous earth, and isolation. Iāve even added systemic granules to the soil. But it seems like no matter what I do, they come back. Iām sort of tired of seeing my plants covered in diatomaceous earth, which is just unattractive. How do I get rid of these for once and for all? The newest victim is my Ripple Jade (just noticed the beginnings of an infestation this morning). Is there something better I can do maintenance wise to keep reinfestation from happening? (Bugs arenāt really visible in pictures. The white you see is diatomaceous earth.)

Help!! I have 4 houseplants that are suffering and idk how to help. They are all in the same area so Iām assuming thatās why theyāre all affected. I first noticed my monstera adansonii had new leaves that would turn brown before they opened. I thought it was an issue with soil being wet, and after I repotted it in terracotta it seemed to improve. But then I found leaves that looked brown and like they had been eaten, but no visible signs of bugs. Then the leaf on my alocasia zebra started dying and I thought it was growing a new leaf and shedding the old one, but the new leaf hasnāt come and I saw a mealy bug on there. I hosed off all the plants in the area and treated them with neem oil, and repeated the process a week later. Now here I am a week later and I still see small mealy bugs on the zebrina, and all of the other plants in the area now have these brown rust spots. Is it rust? Or is it related to the bugs? Iāve only seen the mealy bugs on the zebrina, and canāt see anything else on the others. I donāt want to lose these plants!

What in the WORLD. So this happened to my dieffenbachia a few months ago so I chopped her head off and stuck her in water to save her. And let me tell you, she THRIVED in water. She grew her roots back so I repotted her. Now she is dying again. Part of me just wants to keep her in water because it seems thatās the only way she will be happy. Any thoughts??
